Flights are met by our meet and greet service airside; our logistics team ensures the correct size of vehicle has been allocated to accommodate the right volume of luggage, instruments and backline equipment.  They also update each chauffeur with the correct itinerary for the passengers assigned throughout the tour, monitoring changes by the hour for each day. These procedures are adopted throughout the UK and across Europe. Our vehicles range from top of the range S Class Mercedes, MPVs, Mini coaches, to a more specialised Mercedes Sprinter/Splitter and we work with the tour manager to supply vehicles within the budget specified.
