Our home team based at our London HQ can advise on different vehicles required to meet your needs, car shares, receive flight details and check flight information, track incoming flight arrivals, check itineraries and transpose all information onto easy to read charts/spreadsheet which we share with our client throughout the build up to the event updating every 24 hours. From the moment each passenger arrives to the moment they depart our onsite team monitors all vehicle movements to ensure the transportation during their visit is executed with absolute perfection.

  • All vehicles provided worldwide will be no more than 3 years old, and will cover the complete spectrum from a basic sedan to luxury top of the range Mercedes limousines, executive mini vans, 6 and 7 seats can be provided, together with small, medium and large executive/hospitality coaches.
  • Receive incoming/outgoing flight information for each passenger; assist with the organisation of car shares/vehicle choice
  • Provide meet and greet services worldwide for top executives, providing a seamless service from the plane to vehicle through to the hotel (very useful in cities where the native language is not spoken)
  • If required we can liaise directly with each passenger's (top executive) own office to ensure each driver has the correct itinerary for the duration of the event.

  • Early involvement can eliminate overbooking vehicles and ensure vehicles are available at the times required by the passengers, especially during extremely busy events,
  • Provide experienced English speaking drivers
  • Advice on travelling times
  • We can advise on journey planning, hotel locations and special events locations
  • Investigate any road works planned to and from the event therefore brief all our team of the possible difficulties or delays
  • Advise on transport and traffic logistics for special events/receptions
  • Provide onsite logistic management - DF provides very experienced onsite coordinator/dispatchers to manage the fleet of vehicles and drivers and be the main point of contact throughout the event. This person(s) is on 24 hour call and on disposal to your company for the duration of the event
  • All dispatch coordinators/on site teams are bilingual and extremely experienced in managing large numbers of vehicles for high level corporate, trade and sporting events worldwide
