Our four main shows are: Farnborough International, Paris Air Show, Dubai Air Show and Singapore Air Show; not limiting ourselves to these trade show we offer our services in most major cities assisting our clients wherever they are exhibiting throughout the world.  Our service begins from the time the contract is signed; we work with our clients to support them in providing an excellent incomparable transportation service to their company.

We understand the complex logistical demands of an air show making each show unique in managerial terms – this is due to our unparalleled experience in providing VIP transportation to air shows worldwide.

Our support continues throughout the build up to the event and on site during the event ensuring the transportation runs according to our clients’ expectations.  Before the event starts our Client Liaison Officer will be based within the event site locality and because we are onsite early we can be readily available to (with our clients’ authority) organise onsite parking passes, service ID passes where necessary, site maps, and ensure they are distributed to the correct driver/personnel.  We investigate all logistics with the air show site management team and can advise our clients of any necessary actions required before the event start to relieve the clients’ workload.
